Entry to the Sauna World is permitted for children aged 3 and above until 6:00 PM under the constant supervision of an adult. 

The total price of the reservation is non-refundable and payable in CZK at the hotel’s current exchange rate. Credit card details are required solely to guarantee the reservation. Payment must be completed within 48 hours via a payment link, which you will receive within 2 business days of making the reservation.

The reservation cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the total stay price will be charged.
