The following services are included in the rate:

• Dressing gowns (for adults) are available to you free of charge in the room for the whole duration of your stay.

**) Free all-day entry to Aquapalace Praha on the day of arrival from 2 pm, subsequent days incl. the departure day according to the opening hours.

The total price of the reservation is non-refundable and payable in CZK at the hotel’s current exchange rate. Credit card details are required solely to guarantee the reservation. Payment must be completed within 48 hours via a payment link, which you will receive within 2 business days of making the reservation.

The reservation cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the total stay price will be charged.

WE ARE ALLOWING YOU TO CHANGE THE TERM OF YOUR STAY ONCE FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 23:59 (LOCAL TIME) 3 DAYS BEFORE THE ORIGINAL ARRIVAL. THE SAME OR HIGHER PRICE WILL BE CHARGED ON THE ALTERNATIVE DATE (IF THE PRICE ON THE NEW DATE IS HIGHER THAN IT WAS ON THE ORIGINAL DATE). Date changes are not possible for reservations during the following periods: March 28, 2026 - April 10, 2026, May 14, 2026 - May 16, 2026, May 22, 2026 - May 24, 2026, July 24, 2026 - August 29, 2026, October 24, 2026 - November 7, 2026, and December 27, 2026 - January 2, 2027.
