The following services are included in the rate:

• Dressing gowns (for adults) are available to you free of charge in the room for the whole duration of your stay.

**) Free all-day entry to Aquapalace Praha on the day of arrival from 2 pm, subsequent days incl. the departure day according to the opening hours.

The total price of the reservation is non-refundable and payable in CZK at the hotel’s current exchange rate. Credit card details are required solely to guarantee the reservation. Payment must be completed within 48 hours via a payment link, which you will receive within 2 business days of making the reservation. 
The reservation cannot be cancelled. In the event of cancellation, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the total stay price will be charged.

WE ARE ALLOWING YOU TO CHANGE THE TERM OF YOUR STAY ONCE FREE OF CHARGE UP TO 23:59 (LOCAL TIME) 3 DAYS BEFORE THE ORIGINAL ARRIVAL. THE SAME OR HIGHER PRICE WILL BE CHARGED ON THE ALTERNATIVE DATE (IF THE PRICE ON THE NEW DATE IS HIGHER THAN IT WAS ON THE ORIGINAL DATE). DATE CHANGES ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR RESERVATIONS DURING THE FOLLOWING PERIODS: FROM JULY 24, 2026 TO AUGUST 29, 2026, FROM OCTOBER 24, 2026 TO NOVEMBER 7, 2026, FROM DECEMBER 27, 2026 TO JANUARY 2, 2027, FROM MARCH 19, 2027 TO APRIL 3, 2027, FROM MAY 6, 2027 TO MAY 8, 2027, FROM MAY 14, 2027 TO MAY 16, 2027, FROM JULY 23, 2027 TO AUGUST 28, 2027, FROM OCTOBER 27, 2027 TO NOVEMBER 6, 2027 AND FROM DECEMBER 27, 2027 TO JANUARY 1, 2028.
