1. What should I present at the reception desk upon my arrival?

2. What is the situation with testing children?
Currently, children over the age of 12 must provide a negative test or certificate of past illness.
Children do not have to submit a certificate until they are 12 years old.

3. Should we have respirators?
Yes, we ask you to be considerate of other guests and our staff, and in accordance with government regulations, please always wear a respirator when you leave your room and move around the hotel. You don't have to have a respirator while sitting at a table in the restaurant. Young children and preschoolers do not need a face mask or respirator.
From the first grade to the age of 15, a face mask is enough for children; older children must wear a respirator, just like adults.
Regulations for wearing a respirator do not apply in swimming pools and saunas; however, we do recommend wearing a respirator, for example, when waiting in a restaurant.

4. Will the staff want to see our certificates in the hotel restaurant for breakfast or dinner?
No, accommodated guests present certificates upon arrival at the hotel. The staff at the restaurant only checks guests who are not accommodated.
